CUSTOMER SERVICE is a top priority at PAMAS. After the purchase of a particle counter, PAMAS offers its customers a reliable and professional after sales support service. Special emphasis is focussed on qualified device service and calibration in accordance with valid standards. Automatic particle counters should be recalibrated at least once in a 12-month period in order to assure accurate measuring results and to comply with various relevant international standards.
To further assist with this process, PAMAS offers the option of a Service Contract. This contract enables customers to schedule maintenance appointments in advance. Contractual partners will get appointments for maintenance and repair on their preferred dates and a significant discount on maintenance, recalibration, and spare parts.
PAMAS After Sales Support is also available on site at the customer’s location. When opting for this choice of scheduled maintenance, specially trained service engineers visit the customer‘s facility with all the required equipment for the standardised calibration of automatic particle counters.
Aside from after sales services including repair, maintenance, re-calibration, spare parts purchase, and calibration verification material, the PAMAS service department also offers technical training for service engineers who are authorised official PAMAS representatives. This training teaches the skills and know-how required for the maintenance of automatic particle counters. After successful completion, trained service engineers will be able to repair, maintain and calibrate PAMAS particle counters and provide technical support to the sales staff of their company. This ensures our customers’ requirements are satisfied irrespective of the facility locations.
